James Gandolfini has left the bulk of his estimated $70 million estate to his 13-year-old son and infant daughter.

The late “Sopranos” star also left millions to his wife and relatives.

The New York Post (http://bit.ly/19SMBxF) reports that a will dated Dec. 19 was filed Tuesday in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court.

Gandolfini’s son, Michael, is to get the largest chunk through a trust set aside for him until he turns 21.

He’ll split his father’s Italian property with his half-sister, 8-month-old Liliana, when she turns 25.

The newspaper says the remainder of Gandolfini’s estate will be split among his wife, sisters and daughter.

He left $200,000 each to his personal assistant and secretary.

The will is the first and primary filing of his estate; more documents are expected to be filed.

‘Sopranos’ Star James Gandolfini Dies of Cardiac Arrest

“It’s good to be in something from the ground floor. I came too late for that and I know. But lately, I’m getting the feeling that I came in at the end. The best is over” – Tony Soprano

Hospital officials in Rome say “Sopranos” actor James Gandolfini died of a heart attack.

Dr. Claudio Modini, head of the emergency room at the Policlinic Umberto I hospital, said Gandolfini arrived at the hospital at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday and was pronounced dead at 11 p.m. after reanimation efforts in the ambulance and hospital failed.

Doctors say an autopsy be performed, as required by law.

Gandolfini’s portrayal of the brutal but emotionally delicate crime boss Tony Soprano was the center of one of TV’s greatest drama series and turned the mobster stereotype on its head. Sopranos’ creator David Chase calls Gandolfini “one of the greatest actors of this or any time,” adding that much of his genius “resided in those sad eyes.”

Gandolfini grew up in New Jersey, and the state’s governor calls the actor’s death “an awful shock.” Saying he was a “huge fan,” Gov. Chris Christie says Gandolfini was “a fine actor, a Rutgers alum and a true Jersey guy.”

Gandolfini won three Emmy Awards for his role as Tony Soprano and worked steadily in film and on stage after the series ended. He earned a 2009 Tony Award nomination for his role in “God of Carnage,” and his film roles included playing Defense Secretary Leon Panetta in “Zero Dark Thirty.” (AP)

EW Names Top 100 Greatest Characters of the Past 20 Years

Homer Simpson is Entertainment Weekly’s pick for the greatest character of the past 20 years.

The magazine looked at characters from TV, movies, the Internet and other places to come up with the list.

Simpson’s creator Matt Groening said millions of people were able to identify with Homer, best known for his catchphrase “D’oh”.

“People can relate to Homer because we’re all secretly propelled by desires we can’t admit to,” he said. “Homer is launching himself head-first into every single impulsive thought that occurs to him. His love of whatever has caught his eye is a joy to witness.”

Harry Potter ranks second, followed by Buffy, Tony Soprano and Heath Ledger’s Joker.

Others on the list include Jack Sparrow at number 13 and Gollum at number 36.

The only character from “Glee” is Sue Sylvester. She’s in 18th place.

The only character from “Lost”? John Locke, in 63rd place.

Pearl the Landlord from Will Ferrell’s viral video ranks 50th.
